TightShip ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our web application at runtightship.com.
When you create an account, we collect your email address and password. When you use TightShip, you may store customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses, job details, quotes, invoices, and payment method handles (such as your Venmo username). This information is stored securely and is only accessible to you through your account.
We use your information to provide and maintain the TightShip service, to communicate with you about your account (such as password reset emails and billing notifications), and to improve our product. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
Your data is stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database provider. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. Only you can access your account data through authenticated sessions.
We use the following third-party services to operate TightShip: Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Cloudflare for hosting and content delivery. Each of these providers has their own privacy policies. We do not share your customer data with any third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the service.
TightShip does not process payments on your behalf. The payment method handles you store (Venmo, Zelle, CashApp usernames, etc.) are displayed to your customers on invoices so they can pay you directly. We never have access to your bank account or payment credentials.
You can access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through your account settings. If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed. If you have questions about your data, you can reach us through the contact information below.
